Lorenzo takes the Championship lead from Marquez

Lorenzo Winning the French GP at Le Mans
Heading around to the Place which hosts one of the most prestigious races of all time The 24 Hours of  Le Mans, this time it was MotoGP which was hosting it's Round five of the 2016 World Championship and like always it was 28 laps of pure wheel-to-wheel racing.

The Master of Le mans dominating all of his Rivals

All the MotoGP fans who follow their respective riders know that if it's about leading a Grand Prix from start to Finish then there's only one rider who handles it better than the rest and that's the reigning World Champion Jorge Lorenzo.

This time it wasn't about just Winning rather it was about by how much he's gonna win as his race pace was unquestionable and others were struggling with the brakes as for the first time this season, all the riders who finished the Grand Prix scored points because only Thirteen riders were able to make it to the chequered flag which means that even the lapped riders were awarded points.

So Combining this the difference between Rossi who was the the next best to Lorenzo, was a massive 10 seconds which gives quite a glimpse of the raw performance that Lorenzo possesses.

Marquez lost control of his Bike on Lap 13

Marquez Struggling with POOR acceleration

Believe it or not, this year's RC213V has got some serious downside in terms of the Horsepower as it cannot our-drag the Faster bikes like the Yamaha on the straights and getting within a striking distance of the most powerful bike, the Ducati Desmosedici GP16 is nearly Impossible unless you have got braking performance of an Formula One car on a MotoGP bike which is also Impossible and all this explains us why Marquez crashed out of the French Grand Prix as he was pushing too hard to catch the GP16 of Andrea Dovizioso which made him apply extra efforts on the braking and eventually he lost control and went off which is fairly understandable but he could've backed off as it could've given him more points than what he got.

Rossi makes his way from 10th to 2nd

Rossi Charges his way past the Mid-Field

Valentino Rossi who started way back in 7th had a lot of work to do on the opening laps as he was passed by both the Tech3 Yamaha's which was all due to his Horrible start but all of it started to go his way when a lot of riders Including the one's between him and Lorenzo(Marquez,Dovizioso,Iannone) were crashed which gave him a bit of breathing space and a good second place which was the best he could've done as catching Lorenzo was very Unlikely.

All this makes the Top 3 riders on a level playing field as all of them has had a crash till now and the Championship standings is also on a close level led by Lorenzo with Marquez and Rossi behind him which means that the Championship is far from over and anything can happen in the next race which is at Mugello in Italy.

Who's gonna win In Italy as it's a very close call coz it's a track where Lorenzo excels whereas it's Rossi's home Grand Prix which means he'll have to give everything in front of his home crowd but let's not forget that Marquez will not let it slip away so easily as he's pushing every time no matter what the situation is which is why he's one of the members of the ALIEN group featuring Lorenzo,Rossi,Pedrosa and Marquez

Rosberg Shines in Sochi

This weekend we arrive on to round four of the 2016 Formula One season in Sochi for the Russian Grand Prix and like always everyone was hoping for an Exciting race and we all got one as Mclaren-Honda scored their Double points finish and Fernando Alonso came 6th but it's Nico Rosberg who's been dominating everyone and at the moment he's looking unstoppable.

Nico Rosberg who's been trying to Win a world championship since three years and for the past 2 year he's been loosing to Hamilton just because he didn't have the raw pace and sheer aggressiveness to match Hamilton's form but this time it's all changed as the new Rosberg looks calm, determined and consistent as he's won all of the opening races this season and in doing so he wrote a new chapter in the History books by Winning Seven consecutive Grand Prix's and now sharing it with the Great Michael Schumacher who also did the same 12 years back.

Now all that's pretty Impressive and for Rosberg it's even more impressive coz nobody would've thought that a guy who lost twice in a row against Hamilton would be able to raise his game like this ? but sometimes some people learn from their downfall's just like the way Rosberg did as after loosing his title bid for the Second time, he's not been looking backwards as he didn't lost to Hamilton even once after the United States Grand Prix as he thought that "It's been more than Once and now twice ? now I need to show everyone what can I do" and he's certainly showed everyone what his true capabilities are and till now he has not even put a foot wrong and grabbed every Opportunity he got which is a quality of a Champion.
Russian President Vladimir Putin Presenting the Trophy to Nico Rosberg
Now if we have a closeer look at the Russian Grand Prix, we get some interesting stuff at the first lap as there was some touching, hitting and eventually crashing(thanks to Daniil Kvyat) and in all that Lewis Hamilton was gifted 4-5 places as drivers like Ricciardo,Vettel and Kvyat had their Not-so-best moments which left Hamilton in 4th place and to be honest the only car he had to overtake was the Williams of Vallteri Bottas as Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari didn't have the pace and Felipe Massa made some Mistakes and then by lap 15 Hamilton was already in Second place and if he pushed a little bit more he would've challenged Rosberg but as always Rosberg was also sandbagging his laptimes and by the time Hamilton was cutting a second per lap, the leader was just lifting and coasting and in the closing stages Rosberg opened up the gap to a massive 25 seconds which is almost a Pit-stop ahead.

Lewis Hamilton on the other hand said after the race that he could've won easily if he didn't have those problems but as usual these are the words coming from him every time he looses to Rosberg which is bad news for his title charge as he now sits 43 points behind the Championship Leader.
There were brutal reversal of fortunes for Sebastian Vettel who was hit again by the person he called "Madman" at the Chinese GP and this time the worst part was that Vettel was hit twice by Daniil Kvyat who touched the rear of Vettel on the first corner then Crashed into him on the high speed Curve after turn one which ended Ferrari's chances of scoring a Double-Podium finish as it was evident that if Sebastian had that car running well, he would've been ahead of Lewis Hamilton.

The Other part of Ferrari Garage was quite happy as they atleast had a Podium Finish and Kimi Raikkonen took a solid Third and if we look at the ending part of the race closely, we get some awesome laps from the "Ice-man" Kimi Raikkonen as he was closing on to Lewis Hamilton in the closing stages which shows that Ferrari's are low on tyre degradation and if Vettel didn't had that Collision, he would've made it to 2nd place.

Meanwhile where Hamilton was fighting for 2nd place, it was Fernando Alonso who scored a brilliant 6th after recording his first points of the season considering the fact that his Mclaren is not even a Mid-field car and he started way back at P14 which is quite a good news for Mclaren as Jenson Button also scored his first points which clearly shows that Mclaren has improved Quite a lot and now they can consider on improving their race pace as the reliability has Improved Significantly.

Analyzing all the points,it looks that Rosberg's on Fire as he acheived first ever Grand Slam which means that the Driver has to Score Pole Position, lead every lap, set the fastest lap and the Win the race.
That reminds us of Vettel in his Red Bull days when he used to dominate everyone and now his German Compatriot is doing that as he's got all the tools at his disposal that'll help him in winning his Maiden World Chamionship and he's ready for it as well.

Six in a row for Rosberg

Formula one bounces back this Weekend as we all had one hell of a race to Watch, courtesy of the Mid-field Drama and Wheel-to-wheel action which all led to this Amazing Chinese Grand Prix.

Speaking of the race which was not only won but dominated by Rosberg as winning might be a small word for the person who controlled and Won by more than 30 Seconds ahead of the second placed man, Sebastian Vettel with Daniil Kvyat in a brilliant third after being involved in the first corner incident which created a war of words between Vettel and him in the Conference room.

Let's analyze the Start which was quite a bit of Shock as for the First time Daniel Ricciardo got the lead at the first corner and kept ahead until lap 2 before suffering a left-rear puncture which helped Rosberg in blitzing past him and then Controlling the race where as in the mean time when Ricciardo was jumping Rosberg at the start, there was a small  battle going on between the Red cars(Ferrari's) which led to a Collision as Daniil Kvyat got really opportunistic by boxing in between which resulted in Vettel bumping into his Team-mate.

At the back of the Field where Lewis Hamilton started, he was surely not having the best time of his career as after quite a decent start, he had to run back into the Pits to get a new front wing as starting from the back has its own weird and unwanted perks.

With almost all the top drivers loosing some part or the other of their cars courtesy to the first lap Drama, they all went into the Pits to get a replacement and in the meantime Rosberg was having a pretty comfortable lead as he was just cruising through the track with no one in the front as the only cars he had to overtake were the cars that were a lap behind him.

Driver of the day : Sebastian Vettel for Sure as after the first lap which resulted in a Collision with his team mate, he had pretty much a lot of things to do and there was a time when Vettel was on the super-soft tyres and he had to slice his way from 15th and he wrestled back and came back to 4th in a matter of Four laps which is More than Impressive as a lot of great drivers have Struggled in the past to do that which is a big slap on the faces of the people(Mostly Hamilton fans) that Vettel cannot overtake because that's not the case.

Looser of the day : Lewis Hamilton, unquestionably as after the start he had some contact with Felipe Nasr which took off his front wing and after the safety car he was constantly being rattled by Kimi Raikkonen and a lot of other Drivers and the World Champion was Quite not able to do a lot of things as other drivers like Raikkonen,Vettel and eve Ricciardo who had a lot of Misfortunes, produced a lot of Ballsy moves to get back in their Positions.
So all the People who say Lewis is the best, they need to re think as a lot of great drivers like Vettel,Ricciardo,Raikkonen are also at the same level but they are never given any Appreciation which is a shame.

Conclusion : Rosberg is in the Form of his life with Vettel Proving that he can Challenge the Mighty Merc's and Hamilton accepting that for the first time in his Career, Luck is not on his side.

Change of Fortunes for Hamilton

The reigning World Champion Lewis Hamilton hasn't had the best of moments for Quite a few races now as starting from the race where he Won his 3rd Title, he has been consistently beaten by Rosberg and despite taking pole position in the first 2 races of the season, Hamilton was being overtaken by Rosberg right from the start as the German made some Brilliant off the line launches which always led to Hamilton fighting with the Ferrari's or Williams and it didn't quite go the way Hamilton wanted as both the times he got overtaken by almost 4-5 cars and then it took him 10 laps to get into a Podium scoring position.

This Weekend in China where Hamilton has been strong and another pole would've added some extra Motivation considering the first two races but this time the Fortunes started to taking a U-turn before the race even Started as Hamilton got hit by a 5-Place Grid penalty for changing the Gearbox which means that no matter what Position he scores, he'll be five places down the grid.

Now Hamilton who has been trailing Rosberg for the last 5 races in a row and hoping to score a win as Rosberg won the last 3 races of the 2015 Season and the first 2 of 2016 which makes him the Man to beat at China and a lot of People might not be knowing that Rosberg won his First ever race at the 2012 Chinese GP form Pole Position and was able to Dominate the race from his Current team-mate Lewis Hamilton who was at Mclaren then, by over 20 Seconds which Indicates that Winning now at the Chinese GP won't be a big Problem for Rosberg as he has learned how to Control a Race from Pole Position.

Analyzing all the possible Outcomes, it's very crucial for Hamilton's championship's hopes as he has been on the back foot since the Australian GP.

Will a Lorenzo-Ducati Partnership yield fruitful dividends ?

(From Right to Left)Lorenzo-Marquez-Rossi in 2015
The 2016 MotoGP has been quite Silly as all the drama that started last year involving the Rossi-Marquez clash which also roped Lorenzo in between too has been carried forward which led to a Cold-war between the Front-Runners in turn making everything boring and weird.

Since It has been announced that Lorenzo will be Signing a 2-year deal with Ducati as the Italian Marque offered Lorenzo an offer he couldn't refuse, and now all the attention is on that whether the newly formed partnership will yield dividends or not as Ducati hasn't been able to win a single race since 2010 when the Great Casey Stoner used to race the Desmosedeci and Score Podiums and Wins.

Now Lorenzo who'll be Riding the Red bike by which I mean the Ducati Desmosedici GP16 or whatever as they can name it GP16.2 like the way they did in 2015 which will be Interesting to see as Switching from the Blue leathers to Red and that too in a completely new environment will be Something we all wanted to see.

Ducati Corse, who's been chasing Lorenzo for 5 years now as in 2009 they even went on to say that he can be a replacement for Casey Stoner when Stoner was having some serious health issues but Lorenzo didn't show an overwhelming response opening the door wide open for Valentino Rossi who Joined his Home team and with all the Excitement and the Anticipation growing inside the paddock that "He'll bring Ducati to the front", "He's Developed Yamaha now he'll do the same with Ducati" and other Stuff, Rossi made a fool of himself for 2 consecutive years and then came back to Yamaha convincing everyone that Riding the
Desmosedici to the maximum is not everyone's cup of tea except one guy, Casey Stoner.

As a Ducati Rider, Jorge Lorenzo will be under an Immense pressure from everyone including himself and other riders as he could've stayed with Yamaha and won more titles which would've been easy for him as he's used to beat Rossi but now since he chose to go the hard way, it'll be crucial for him to Prove everyone that he can win taking the Ducati and he can even challenge for the World Championship.

Let's see what happens in 2017 as it'll see all the front runners(Lorenzo,Marquez,Rossi) on Different bikes for the first time since a long time ago which means complete freedom of banging wheels and shoulders as the other person is not your Team-mate anymore which will provide some serious entertainment no matter who wins or who looses.

For the time all we can do is say all the Best to Jorge Lorenzo who started his Career with Yamaha, now moving forward to Ducati as everyone has to leave their first teams some day or the other but nevertheless it's a part of Racing and teams don't decide your fate, it's the Rider who does everything.

5 Reasons why Lorenzo should move to Ducati

The 2016 MotoGP Season started with the reigning World Champion Lorenzo starting his title defense strongly with a Dominant win in Qatar but since then a lot has been going around in the paddock about where he wants to be in the Future as Rossi has signed a 2-year contract with Yamaha which means he's gonna stay where he is but Lorenzo is keeping quiet about this as he hasn't renewed his contract which indicates that he's been thinking about his further options.
So here are the main reasons that why Lorenzo's move to Ducati shall be good for MotoGP and for Ducati as well.

  1. He can Win with the Desmosedici Bike
Lorenzo vs Dovizioso at Qatar 2016

A lot of People in the Paddock knows Lorenzo's capability to produce maximum out of his bikes as he Overtook the Ducati's in Qatar which were way faster in a straight line than his bike but still he used his Extra-Ordinary skills and got past them.
Evauluating all this, Lorenzo surely can surely Dominate MotoGP with Ducati as the GP15 and GP16's are faster but the riders are not the best as we saw in Qatar.

  2. People will stop Questioning him
Every Rossi fan(most of them) doesn't particularly like Lorenzo coz he's been winning against Rossi fair and square since he got in MotoGP on the same machines so it's no Surprise that Rossi fans don't like Lorenzo as Rossi was a 7-Time World Champion when Lorenzo got into  MotoGP but since then things started to go differently for Rossi as Lorenzo who was a 20-year old Rookie produced identical results and sometimes even further than what People expected from him.
This time If Lorenzo goes to Ducati then it'll be the perfect answer to all the Anti-Lorenzo fans by which I mean Rossi fans that Lorenzo can do what Rossi never could, winning with Ducati.
  3. Ducati will once again be back to Glory
Casey Stoner won the World title for Ducati in 2007
Ducati surely is one of the best and the most forward thinking Motorcycle Manufacturer in the world and they have an Illustrious History in WSBK racing but when it comes to MotoGP, only one world championship in 2007 didn't quite add to an Impressive CV given the fact that their Bikes have been competitive but they didn't had the Best riders who could bring the most out of those Machines like the way Stoner did in 2007 Winning 10 races and taking the Championship.
So this time Lorenzo could create a completely new Environment with in the Team to help it in getting back at the Front just like the way Sebastian Vettel did with Ferrari in 2015.
  4. It'll be the Perfect Answer to Rossi
Valentino Rossi who has been Questioning that Lorenzo's Ducati move wouldn't be happening because "he needs balls to do that" and other negative stuff just because Rossi couldn't do anything with Ducati and given the fact that Rossi knows Lorenzo can win with Ducati, So by concluding all this, it'll be the Perfect answer to Rossi.

  5. He'll be Appreciated by the Italians
Ducati is an Italian Manufacturer and it's very Important that who is contributing in their Success as in the past a lot of Italian riders have ridden Ducati bikes and Failed Miserably but still they got appreciated as they were Italians and were getting Podiums taking an Italian bike which makes it even hard for the Italian fans not to Appreciate him as everyone knows that If Lorenzo wins with 2 bikes, it'll be the start of a new era as he'll be one of the few people who won with more than one Bike.

These were the few reasons why Lorenzo's Ducati move shall be Great for MotoGP as it'll provide all the best riders on Different bikes.

Two Question marks for Lorenzo

The MotoGP reigning world champion Jorge Lorenzo won the opening round of this year's MotoGP season in an Impressive yet Dominant fashion and it was no surprise that the World Champion is not gonna let anyone take his crown or even think about it but after the Argentinian GP things started to look quite different as the rider who was in a class of his own at Qatar got spun off after some laps in Argentina ?
Maybe its due to the new tyre change as Michelin withdrew both of its rear tyres in the wake of Improving safety as the tyre compounds were not proving to be the most reliable following Scott Redding's scary crash in Practice which led to this huge Re-Shuffling of the tyres which proved to be the most Unusual decisions in racing as the riders were given different compounds for Practice and Pole and suddenly they were not provided with the Same compound for the rear tyre in the race.
Following all this, everyone started scratching their head as no one was aware of which Bike or Rider will get the most out of these new tyres as in MotoGP every Rider has its own choice of Tyre compounds for Front as well as Rear and the Performance out of the tyres completely depends on the feel the Rider gets from them as it's not Formula one where a driver gets same tyres for all the 4-wheels and even if a Driver doesn't get the amount of feedback he expects, he can still push hard enough to Score some Positions but on the other hand in MotoGP, its simply the opposite  because when you start to push limits on a car you go wide whereas when yo start to push limits on a Bike, You simply crash and thats the main reason racing in MotoGP is considered as more Intense and Ballsy.
Coming to the Next race in America at COTA which is not considered as Lorenzo's territory instead it's Marquez who's been really strong there every year which leaves us all wondering
What will Lorenzo do to get back on Top of the Standings ? as this is very crucial for his World Championship charge.
